RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either credit your account or refund you subject to the terms below:
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Returns and Refund policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Any cancelled orders on the Arctic Breeze online store will be subject to a 0% ADMIN CHARGE. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is depleted, or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
a. You have 10 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM, provided that the item is not used and packed in the original unopened packaging which was sent to you.
b. Log a return by emailing us at (info@arcticbreeze.co.za). Please include your order number and reason to return.
DAMAGED ITEMS – CONDITIONS AND PROCESS:
If you wish to return your item due to it being damaged, please contact us. We will not send you damaged goods, the only way it can be damaged is with the couriers.
a. If you do wish to return the product you will have to pay for the courier/postal fees to send the item back to us.
b. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
c. If no fault is found with the product, we will send it back to you and charge you for the courier/postal fees.
d. If fault is found, we will either refund you or give you store credit.
PROCEDURE TO CLAIM A WARRANTY:
- That the Warranty Card for the product (if applicable) is duly completed and timeously forwarded to the supplier at the time of purchase.
- That the installer of the air-conditioner is an authorised and registered installer of the said air-conditioner.
- That the installer initially attends to the reported fault. Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners and the supplier of the brand will not be liable for the cost of the call-out or repair.
- If a faulty part is required to be replaced, such part would be provided under warranty at no charge by the relevant supplier. A Report Form must be requested from Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners, duly completed by the customer and installer, and returned to Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners The faulty part will be returned to Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners at the Customer’s cost, and the replaced part will be forwarded to the Customer at the cost of Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners. The fitment of the part and labour thereof would be undertaken by the respective Installer of the air-conditioner. Note: Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners and the supplier of the brand will not be liable for the cost of any call-out or repair.
- Failing the attempt to resolve the problem with an air-conditioner, the following procedure is required:
- When an air-conditioner is installed in Durban or within the suburbs of Durban
- A Call Out form must be requested from Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners, duly completed by the customer and installer, and returned to Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners.
- Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners will liaise with contact the supplier of the brand, who will then liaise with the installer and the customer, to meet at the site of the installation.
- Please note that a call-out fee of R450 (four hundred and fifty Rand) will be charged if:
- When an air-conditioner is installed in Durban or within the suburbs of Durban
- The Installer fails to meet the Suppliers technician on the time and date of the appointment.
- If the problem is because of a faulty installation or any factor beyond the functioning of the air-conditioner.

- When an air-conditioner is installed beyond Durban and its suburbs.
- A call out form must be requested from Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners, duly completed by the customer and installer, and returned to Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners.
- Based on the feedback from the installer, should the air-conditioner require repairs under warranty, then the unit shall be returned to Arctic Breez Air-conditioners at the cost of the customer.
- The turnaround time for a warranty repair is approximately 14 working days from receipt of the supplier of the brand.
- The air-conditioner will then be returned to the customer at the cost of Arctic Breeze Air-conditioners.
- When an air-conditioner is installed beyond Durban and its suburbs.
- Warranty on a compressor is subject to the air-conditioner being serviced according to the service intervals prescribed by the relevant supplier of the brand, for the duration of the warranty period. Such services must be undertaken by an authorised and registered air-conditioning technician, and a copy of the service invoice must be forwarded to info@arcticbreeze.co.za within 15 working days of the service being done. A failure to comply with these terms will render the warranty null and void.
Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether. We will refund your courier cost once your return has been processed.
