Excellent and speedy services received by Arctic Breeze. Contacted the company yesterday morning with an inquiry, offered professional advice and suggestions even though it would mean they would make less money. Purchased an Aircon and installation done same day with no hassle for a very competitive price in the market.

One phone call is all it took!
Firstly I did a search on Google and found amongst many companies Arctic Breeze. I called at least five other companies and still waiting for responses from three of them. When I called Arctic Breeze inquiring about a 12000btu new installation it was a different story. The sales guy (Muhammad) knew exactly their stock position and their limitations of installation timing. We closed the deal on the first call and the Arctic Breeze Technicians / Installers where at my home at 8:00am the next day and the installation was completed by 10:00am.
